Region & Club Interaction led by Stu Gold, Howard Goldman and Steve Lessman – Learn how clubs and regions can get more out of Men’s Clubbing by making full use of all available FJMC resources. There’s more out there than you ever realized, and these guys will hand you the keys to unlock it all.
Succession Planning and Leadership Development led by Mike Neulander, Ed Margolis and Irv Varkonyi - This one is all about team building: how to identify good workers and good leaders, how to get everyone to work together as a cohesive unit and how to develop and implement a succession plan. Learn how to get more guys involved and learn how you can get more satisfaction from Men’s Clubbing
Communicating Effectively led by Bruce Sicherman, Eric Weis and Ken Elfand - Combine modern technology and proven techniques (flyers, bulletin items and news releases) to make sure your members & clubs know what's happening. We’ll separate marketing from technology and then bring them back together again so you can stay in touch and build program participation.
Programming led by Dave Kravitz, Burt Fischman and Art Spar - Club programs, region programs and retreats are at the heart of every successful organization. Learn how to do a retreat, how to introduce new programs and how to give a new face to those tried and true programs. And best of all, learn how regions and clubs can work together for outta sight programming.
Budgeting and Financial Management led by Stu Kaplan, Scott Swirling and Dave Goldis - Everbody knows money matters; learn how to make it happen with budgeting, setting amounts for dues and program fees and fund-raisers. Should your club dues be a synagogue check-off item? Should regions charge extra for additional operating funds – or convention subsidies?
Membership Development & Retention led by Al Davis; Peter Gotlieb and Morry Barron – Learn the techniques that work both for clubs recruiting members and regions recruiting clubs. Stronger clubs and regions are financially stronger organizations that are more robust. You’ll go from strength to strength – from one generation to the next.
